This 6-day retreat is for couples who have experienced the CANA Week and desire to go deeper in their relationship with God and with each other. Modeled after and drawing from the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, couples will experience a rich journey of prayer and contemplation as individuals and with their partner.

Taste of CANA in NYC
Join us for the first session of the ‘CANA Welcome’ course. CANA Welcome is a program for couples, consisting of nine monthly evening meetings and one weekend once in the year (open to the whole family). At the end of this first session, you will be able to decide whether CANA Welcome is the right space for your couple this year.
