A Long Weekend Away as a Couple

Come away together for an expansive four-day weekend at Mirror Lake Retreat in New York’s beautiful Hudson Valley.

This retreat will include dialogue as a couple, teaching, relaxation, prayer & worship, and in the good company of other couples.  

Children over two are welcome and will participate in their own programming, giving couples time and space together.

  • Cost:

    • Couple: $850

    • Family: $1,250

      • As with all CANA events, participants contribute to retreat costs as they are able and as they feel led. All are welcome and no one will be turned away due to inability to pay.

This winter one-day retreat is a chance to step away from our daily demands and consider how we might simplify our lives as couples, making space to BE more for each other and for God’s good creation in crisis. Gilles and Veronique Cormier, CANA International leaders from France, will lead us in this exploration.

 Virtual session in the morning, with in-person option in the afternoon (with three or more registrants in same geographic area and COVID restrictions permitting), concluding with virtual evening session. Open to all couples.

CANA Sharing Groups 2021-2022

CANA Sharing Groups are forming now. Monthly sharing groups provide a comfortable, simple structure, creating time and space for God and our marriages. Each month couples consider a unique topic/question, one not often discussed in regular life, to go a little deeper. We reflect individually and as a couple. Then we reconvene into small groups where we have an opportunity to share, always voluntarily and confidentially.

WHEN: Monthly meetings from September to May.
TIME: Most groups meet Saturday evenings.
WHERE: Groups forming in San Francisco, South Bay, East Bay and possibly over Zoom
